Division of Employment Security Requirements
This training is only for staff of the NCWorks Career Centers.
The documents listed below are required for all NCWorks Career Center staff and relate to shared use of information and systems with the Division of Employment Security (DES). All current staff must complete this training and certification to continue to access necessary information. All new staff will complete this as part of their on-boarding process with DWS.
